Liked: I love the fact that Jojo was very helpful the first time I met him at the complimentary breakfast room. My 3 kids love him because he treated them so well. I requested for a late check out because I was a reward member and even though I booked my reservation through a third party, I was happy that Wellah, a Customer Care rep in coordination with Jojo accommodated my need. Also, the lady at the breakfast, Asma, was outstanding. She was checking up on us and helping guests whenever they needed help.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that my telephone wasn't working. Also, my coffeemaker didn't work either. It wasn't a big deal for me because I actually didn't need them.

Excellent stay and the staff...

Liked: The breakfast was good. There wasn’t a huge selection, but we had enough to eat.
Disliked: The pancake machine was broken and waffles were the ones for the toaster. No doughnuts. We would have enjoyed scrambled eggs instead of omelettes.
