Liked: The room I got was a king-size bed with a couch and additional sink. It was spacious, clean, and exactly as advertised. The bathroom was clean and functional. The TV had a wide selection of cable channels. The microwave and refrigerator worked. The A/C worked, though it was a little loud. The room had plenty of lights and outlets. Very satisfied with my room.Breakfast was standard in terms of flavor, but the variety was great. There were multiple proteins, carbs, some fruit, and drinks. I personally love hotel breakfast, and this one was super convenient. The breakfast staff were also pleasant, and they constantly refilled food.This is just information, not a critique: I called prior to my arrival, so I knew that the chances of checking in early were slim due to the hotel's busyness that day on a holiday weekend. I arrived around 2 pm, and I was unable to check in early as expected. However, when I returned about an hour later, I checked in at 3 pm (which is the advertised time for check-in) with no issue. I recommend calling ahead if you plan to arrive early to set your expectations. On the morning of my checkout, I asked the front desk staff about checking out an hour late, and my request was granted with no issue. This was a huge plus and allowed me more time to relax with my company before returning home.
Disliked: My only critique of the bathroom is that the shower tiles looked old or like they needed a scrub.The front desk staff was not the most responsive to phone calls from in the room. However, they did answer my questions when I was able to reach them.

Disliked: Cleanliness and comfort was an issue. The rooms shower didn’t work so we were moved to another room. The air control also was an issue. It was freezing then when I adjusted the thermostat, the heat kicked on then it was super hot in the room. That went on all night long. The overall hotel was dirty. Under the bathroom vanity/sink looked like it wasn’t swept in weeks. The remote for the tv and the phone had crust on it. The outside of the door hadn’t been wiped down either, that was dirty! The swing bar lock was missing a screw. I went to the gym but walked right out due to the smell. This hotel is not being kept up. The staff is friendly and that is the only good thing I can say about my stay.
