Disliked: I wasn't allowed to check in until 3p.m., after I drove 4 hours from Shreveport.

Liked: I liked that the staff was real friendly
Disliked: The hotel needs some serious upgrades. Walking down the hallway it looks like every door to the rooms had been jarred open before. I literally have never seen hotel room doors look like that.

Liked: Angela at front desk was very helpful with check in and a very good recommendation on where to eat, the housekeeper Keisha was working hard on keeping the area upstairs clean and smelling fresh

Liked: The front desk listened to our concerns about the room issues we had and accommodated.
Disliked: When we checked in the guy at the front desk had to “go check to see if the room was clean” and came back down with a room key to give us. But hurried to leave because it was time to go. Another staff member took over check in. When we got to our “suite” it was extremely disappointing. It was very empty and odd. When we tried to lock the deadbolt it would not latch. We went downstairs to ask what our next option was. They gave us a key to a room across the hall to check on the deadbolt. That one didn’t work either. So, we tried a third room and the locks worked. So after a fourth trip downstairs to the front desk with a small child and our belongings, we had to wait in line again to get checked into the third option room. It was not even a suite like I paid for.
