Bedbugs at my bed

Disliked: Good morning, Bookin.com, this email is intended to inform you of an uncomfortable and unpleasant incident that my family and I experienced on Saturday night, the 7th. We noticed in the early morning that the box and mattress where my sister and her son were sleeping were infested with bedbugs (see attached photos and videos). This made it impossible to fall asleep. By morning, these insects had already spread to the white sheets and were everywhere around the bed.Therefore, we find ourselves in the need to request a full refund of the room rate as a minimum measure on your part, as we discreetly and cautiously communicated our complaint to the reception desk so as not to harm the hotel's image and reputation.We thank you for your attention and bid farewell, looking forward to your prompt response.
