Liked: Great location and room was clean.
Disliked: The manager was very nice but there seems to be a bit of a language barrier and she didn’t understand me. I had originally booked this hotel because it said it was pet friendly and I had planned on brining my dog. I ended up not having to bring my dog but was confused as the paperwork I had to sign said “this is a pet free facility” and a charge of 250 would be made if I had a pet. The manager didn’t understand when I brought this up. I booked on booking.com and that website said this is a pet friendly hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was good. Room was a good size. Appreciated third bed in small sitting area. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Housekeeping never provided sufficient linens. Had to keep going to desk to pick up washcloths and towels. Hotel recently remodeled. Pool and hot tub area remodeled and concrete flooring and hot tub seating too rough for walking/sitting. Outside area dirty. Pigeon everywhere. No place for trash. Inadequate staffing.
