Liked: I liked everything about this hotel. It was clean service was very professional. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. In other words. I loved it.
Disliked: nothing, everything was great

Comfortable

Liked: I loved how CLEAN the room was, including the hallways and common areas of the hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and engaged.
Disliked: Its small but mentioning it because its something I didnt like. We were woken up very early in the morning by banging on the door person saying "FRONTDESK" we responded, and they banged again, so now get up go to the door to find that the person is walking away, we ask what he wanted, just ignoring our inquiry. You banged on the door woke us up and no explanation?? No apology no nothing, we saw the individual when we went down for breakfast (might as well since we're up now) and he had the opportunity again to at least address it, but all he had to say was " I didnt do anything, they sent me to the wrong room" while that's what he was told to do, all we wanted was an apology for the rude wake up and lack of understanding. A simple, I'm sorry wrong room or something would've sufficed at the time. No one wants to be woken up like it's the Police at the door. We did exchange words with the guy (not our finest moment)but outside of that we did enjoy our stay everything else was perfect.

Somewhat tolerable but not ideal.

Liked: very satisfied with breakfast
Disliked: Blind in the room did not operate therefore room was always dark without lights on. The fridge made noises all night keeping us awake. Our room was next to ice machine and elevators compounding the noise issues.

Had a great time.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The beds are too high. Makes it very hard to get in and out of the bed. Toilets are too low. Get some handicapped toilets.
