Liked: Easy to get to from freeway
Disliked: Very rude and unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff…both checking in and then checking out the next morning. Their automatic response to my simple requests were always a firm no. No effort was made to help the customer. The borrow line was they didn’t want to do any work. I will not be staying there again.

Would stay there again. But...

Liked: Very convenient location. Pet friendly. Reasonable cost.
Disliked: Not enough luggage carts. Had to carry all that we had collected over a two week road trip into our rooms with no cart available even after the staff said they went up to the second floor to look there as well.
