Relatively new hotel in great...

Liked: - Location - walking distance from the centre of the town & bus stops that take you to neighbouring towns. Quiet and convenient. - 24h reception - convenient especially for early check-outs, the staff at the reception were helpful and very friendly. - Rooms were good size and all equipment was relatively new.- Free breakfast - not spectacular but good enough to sustain you for hours which is very handy. - Bar & Room Service and large common area so the families don't need to be cramped in rooms but sit in the common area, have a drink, play cards..etc.
Disliked: - uncomfortable beds & pillows - the primary reason why I personally wouldn't come back. Couldn't wait to get home to have decent sleep. - absence of toilet brushes - please, for the love of G, provide toilet brushes. No one wants to leave dirty toilet after themselves.- absence of quilt covers, just sheet-quilt-sheet combo which gets annoying after a few minutes. - absence of wardrobes - you get one shelf and a few hangers, the rest of space is wasted on kettle and mini fridge. When you're coming for more days during cold weather, it would be handy to unpack at least a few things which is not possible in this scenario. - cleaning service - the cleaners didn't to a great job cleaning the rooms, didn't refill tissues, nor took out trash. I don't feel like some of these elements impacted the way I felt...I'm not coming home refreshed although I loved my time in Queenstown. I would most likely opt for a different hotel.
