Good

Disliked: Rooms on the highway side of the building experience loud road traffic. Not sure if any more could be done to soundproof the windows.

Passable

Liked: Breakfast ok. Staff generally ok. Ladies at reception very good.
Disliked: Cleaning staff do not speak English. Tough to communicate. One male staff at reception exceptionally rude and unnecessarily aggressive. He shouldn't be in the service industry. Because of interaction with him, overall scoring has been pulled down.

The facility had adequate parking...

Liked: Clean, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, roomy, well equipped.
Disliked: Water could have been softer, bed was too close to the air conditioning unit and not much room to get between it and the bed. Some employees did not seem overly friendly.

THE place to stay for...

Liked: Wow. Nice location, roomy parking, Easy check in-out. The staff ( evening AND early morning !) were absolutely stellar. So friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were also helpful when I had a question & they were in the hall. The room was spotless & beautiful. Clean-smelling too; fresh but not w/ the overpowering "clorox-cleaner" smell. Bathroom was spotless & the shower was magnificent. Loved the Dove liquid products. COFFEE!! ( Extra thanks for decaf pods which I drink at night!!!) Also loved the blackout shade. Variable temp control was really nice! Bed was ridiculously comfy.TV went out but I used wifi for laptop viewing. We did have a heavy rain/storm so might have knocked it out. 3am wake-up call was BRILLIANT! Thanks so much!!!!
Disliked: can't think of anything at present!

Except the loud noise, everything...

Liked: overall it's ok
Disliked: The room is very close to the road, and the noise is really loud. I got up twice to double check the window was closed or not. They need to use double layer window or insulation. Far too loud noise.
