Liked: Front desk clerk was great.
Disliked: The room was not the cleanest. Hair on washcloth, bathroom fan and nightstand lamp were dirty

Excellent experience.

Liked: The room was modern and very clean. The Internet was easy to access. The staff was friendly, professional and able to answer all my questions.
Disliked: It would be nice if the TV had apps... YouTube or any others. In lieu of apps it would have been nice to have access to a TV guide. As it was we had to surf through all the channels to find something we were interested in.

We were able to stay....

Liked: The lower basement floor room had a funny moldy smell. Our companions had a cockroach in their room on an upper floor.
Disliked: The smell

Absolutely amazing would stay again

Liked: The staff lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing!!! She needs a raise! You could tell she really cared about her job and the people she welcomed in, I didn't get her name, I was just exhausted and literally was running away from home for a night of uninterrupted sleep....but she had amazing tattoos
Disliked: The stay was too short! Lol
