Disliked: Parking is paid and can cost up to $20. While the hotel is in a convenient location, finding the entrance and designated parking area can be confusing if you're arriving by car.

Liked: Location is close to downtown.
Disliked: Parking area is very narrow especially when you got bigger car or mini van. The shelter for homeless are just across the street. They tend to follow tourists and beg for some money.

Worth what we paid.

Liked: Clean. Nice rooms. Laundry facilities were available. Security on site. Underground parking all securely locked.
Disliked: Some other children guests were very loud and unsupervised in the pool area. I don’t think it’s in a great area of town. I’m not sure as we are not from Ottawa but the feeling was that it may not be in a great area of the city yet close to many sites we wanted to see.
