Liked: The hotel looks new, is in good condition.The best breakfast I ever had in hotels. Omelet with cheese is something,Location is good, we wanted something not too close to the city. A pond nearby makes a good view during the breakfast.Nice, clean fitness center. Well equipped, except the weights.Nice swimming pool, but we did not have a chance to use it.
Disliked: The rack for clothes in the room was installed upside down (room 322). In the fitness center the dumbbells set is incomplete: only 1 dumbbell (not a pair) - 15#, only 1 - 20#, next weight pair is 35#, (no 25#, no 30#).TV channels in fitness center are not adjusted.

Liked: Very clean rooms. Staff was also very helpful and kind. Greeted us right when we came in with smiles.
Disliked: The pool was a bit murky but i believe it was from recently poured chlorine…

Poor customer service and safety...

Liked: Hotel appeared clean.
Disliked: I had the worst hotel experience of my life at this location. First, when I arrived to check in, I stood there with bags while I waited for an employee. After patiently waiting, I rang the bell. Still nobody came and a line started to form while other people came in. After waiting several minutes, an employee walked up and checked me in. No apology. I got into my room and went straight to bed. I woke up to what appeared to be intoxicated people talking. I could hear every word they were saying. Then I had to hear them have sex, which was distributing. They continued to talk, swear. I turned the lights on to see why I was hearing everything so easily and noticed this was a joint room with the one next to me. My door wasn't shut all the way. They could have just walked in my room. I’m not sure if this is protocol to sell these two rooms to different parties, but it’s ridiculous, poor quality, and a major security issue. I tried to close the door and lock, but the door didn’t lock. I called front desk and had to switch rooms around 2am. I barely got any sleep and had to drive home for hours exhausted and sleep deprived. The manger was asked to call me back several times but didn’t. I never received one apology the whole time I was there.
