Disliked: Killed 4 Roaches. Showed the front desk and did nothing about it. Absolutely disgusting. I've stayed and worse hotels than this one and have NEVER come across Roaches in my room. They were in the bathroom and crawling across the counter under the TV.

Disliked: I was told the rookie wasn't clean yet but would be ready in 10 minutes... I waited out in the car for 15 minutes.. went to the room, it was still not clean.. waited outside the room for 20 minutes. Never saw any staff members even cleaning rooms.. went back to the lobby, told the desk that the room still wasn't ready, and waited for another 20 minutes.. then was told AGAIN the room would be ready in 10 more miuntes.. I canceled my reservation at that point and found a different place to go

Not sure I would stay...

Liked: Breakfast was great and agent checking us in was amazing. They even started breakfast early since we were part of a large group. That part was awesome! Beds are comfy.
Disliked: Walls looked rough, gross stuff stuck on elevator doors (inside) and room had ants. We brought this to their attention and were just told, "we don't have any spray". Air conditioner worked sometimes but didn't at other times.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was decent
Disliked: The place seemed very much rundown. It was very dirty. We definitely won’t be staying there again. I expected a lot more out of a Holiday Inn. The air conditioner worked terribly.
