Disliked: I was told that I would have a handicap unit, I have severe mobility issues, when I got to my room, the only handicapped accessibility to the entire room, was a grab bar in the bathtub. I have five ruptured disc in my back, and I have neuropathy in my legs, and the toilet was almost on the floor. Not what I was promised to check in, and in the emails that I received from the hotel, that they would accommodate me, and then they give me a toilet that I have to do everything in my power to grab onto to get off of. So for that reason, I doubt if I would stay with them again When I pay $206 for a room, I expect to get what I’m told I’m going to get and not anything less. And the checkout was 11 o’clock. That was ridiculous also. Most places I stay at it’s noon or one or even 2 o’clock check out 11 o’clock check out it’s just totally ridiculous and I will never ever stay at another hotel. It has an 11 o’clock checkout for $206 a night.
