Liked: The person checking us in was very nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel, noisy freeway.

Liked: Extremely nice. Room was large, bed was very comfortable, location was good.
Disliked: The noise from the freeway was very very loud. You could hear it over the Tv. It was like our bed was on the freeway. Maybe if our room had been on the other side of the building it would have been quieter.

Disliked: Room 424 smelled badly like sewage. When I inquired I was told there was nothing they could do as there was a sewage plant across the street and pipes were shared. I touched it out and stayed in the room June 6th. On June 7th the stench was just unbearable. I asked to be moved. I was put in room 310 or 311. Amazing. No smell!! It was a pleasant room. I asked if my bill could be adjusted as I had to suffer through that horrible smell. It had given me a headache, I was nauseated, etc. Another lady at the desk now tells me there was nothing that she could do and the smell was the oil due to the area of Odessa Tx. That was insulting because I know the difference between an oil and sewage smell. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn.
