Wish it was better

Liked: The hospitality of the breakfast staff, Ms. Tina and crew. They were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel lobby and facilities were nice.
Disliked: Both of the beds in my room were dirty. They both looked fresh and pristine upon coming into the room. However, after closer inspection after feeling what felt like crumbs on the top cover while sitting, I discovered there was hair left behind from previous guests on the pillows and sheets, as well as hair and tiny black mites of some sort on the white covers on the bed. I spent a considerable amount of time flicking the ones I saw off of the covers. Needless to say, I did not sleep well seeing that my linens were not clean. I attempted to sleep in my daughter's bed, but it wasn't much better. It really turned me off.

Liked: The location and the food was great. Had plenty of elevators. Room beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The AC made a roaring noise in the middle of the night, and in the bathroom it sounded like you were on a runway taking off very loud. The valet knew I needed a buggy for the luggage did not help me or ask if they could help me. Our room was at the very end of the hallway very far. One of our ladies had both knees and back surgery we had to help her get down the hallway. We are all three are 67 years old should have had a closer room to the elevator. Then the valet had been petting a white monkey and don't know whose it was but look at the camera for 8/15/2015 around 10:30 am and you can see him. Our car smelt like he monkey and the fob so we had to stop and get clorox wipes to clean everything. I would not let him put our luggage in the back I did it and took the buggy back. Plus he did not stop close to the door he went up a hill. We had to walk up that hill. And then they changed my reservatgion to a Membership Number and I ddidn't even know I had a membership. They changed it from Booking .com without permission. I paid $286.73 instead of $137.00 and I paid $55.00 for parking. It said $10.00 a day on Booking.com. I will not stay here again I'm so sorry it was terrible.

Disliked: Room 403 the shower control didn’t work. It was a little difficult trying to bathe due to accessibility.
