Good but can be cleaner

Liked: The staff , the breakfast and the pool area
Disliked: The room was not clean properly, there was a smell that wasn’t to pleasant and there was clothes from other guest under the bed

Liked: Usually clean and organized
Disliked: Room had an awful order thought it was just stagnant air. It became unbearable at 1:30am and realized it was a dirty mop smell. Front desk agreed and got another room. Pancake machine was not replaced with new batter and no creamer at coffee station. I stay at this property usually twice a month and it feels like it’s going downhill. I am sad about it.

Disliked: The front desknight clerk was on the phone for at leasyt an 1/2 hr while we were waiting to check in. Was late and we were tired.

Liked: Cean n safe stay nice pool n grounds
Disliked: Desk staff unprofessional, lied about charges on bill, refused to give receipt. Manger just brushed off questions. Her phone calls were more important than customer waiting for explanation of charges. Never received the explanation..

Disliked: The beds are horrible. It’s like sleeping on a cemented floor.
