⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Liked: Several family members booked rooms at the Holiday inn Express in Millersburg so we could attend our grandson's wedding. My husband and I normally stay in another hotel chain but this Holiday inn Express was recommended and reasonable so many of us booked here. Hubby and I are both over 70, so I was thrilled that we were booked so close to the main lobby, as I am also recovering from a knee surgery and walking right now is very difficult! Access back and forth to our room was so simple. The room itself was large and bright, clean, with a nice big open bathroom, also a microwave and mini fridge. There's a Walmart down the street, and also some restaurants close by. We took advantage of the East of Chicago Pizza shop. The one thing we all noticed was our concierge, Ray, at the front desk was so attentive to our every need. Super friendly guy with a great personality and good attitude, even though we noticed he was working long hours 3 days in a row! The day after the wedding, several family members met up in the dining area to spend time together, playing cards and eating pizza. Ray even checked on us to see if we needed paper plates or anything when our pizza was delivered. We seriously were so impressed with this guy! That evening another young man at the desk, (didn't get his name, I'm so sorry!) gave us a great recommendation for dinner at Bags, just a few blocks away. And then when we checked out on our last day, two super friendly ladies, Anne and Shannon, helped us, and they too were personality plus. We enjoyed the breakfast room a couple days and everything was delicious with a great assortment of breakfast foods, juices and coffee. I really can't tell you how impressed I was in every way with this Holiday inn Express, and think you have an absolutely terrific staff. Big thanks to housekeeping as well for a nice clean room. I think we are about to change hotel chains and make Holiday Inn our new go-to.
