Liked: We were warmly greeted when we checked in and each morning. All staff were friendly and super helpful. The room was a good size, clean and quiet. A good breakfast each morning and tea/coffee available throughout the day, with a biscuit to dunk. They have a guest laundry, a gym, a swimming pool, and parking. There are different food options across the road and a supermarket. The location is perfect. We would highly recommend The Holiday Inn Merrimack.

Great hotel, great staff

Liked: The hotel is quite old but spotless, and the team does a great job maintaining it. Breakfast was 10/10, and the location is just as good. My only note: if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the elevator.
Disliked: Nothing significant

Disliked: I always prefer a walk-in shower - much safer than lumbering over a tub.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean loved the fact we had coffee Machine and refrig. The breakfast area was comfortable with lots of tables and the food was a good variety. The lady who served the breakfast was very friendly and was there to help with anything. We used the breakfast area to read our books in the afternoon. I left my jacket there, and someone was kind enough to give it to the front desk where I retrieved it.
Disliked: The curtains in the room did not close and the lights from the stores across the way and on the bldg made it hard to sleep and early in morning like 6 am was as bright as noon.
