Disappointed

Disliked: Zero water pressure, nonworking bathroom exhaust fan, stained sheets, tv didn't work the majority of the time. Disappointed, especially in regards to price.

breakfast fail.

Disliked: my son looked forward to eating pancakes for breakfast there (he will not eat meat or eggs) and their pancake machine was out of order the entire 3 day stay. The worst part is, it wasn't broken, they said they were out of batter! Why wouldn't they buy more batter? There was a baseball tournament this weekend and tons of kids and there is zero excuse to not make the effort to secure more batter for all these kids and families that chose your hotel. They didnt even try. I am not sure when they 'ran out' but there was none Friday morning and still none Sunday morning and part of the reason I chose this hotel was for the free breakfast--WITH PANCAKES.

I would recommend the Holiday...

Liked: It was comfortable and the breakfast was good. There were several selections to choose from, but the food could’ve been warmer.The staff were friendly and polite and extremely helpful. We will stay here again. We also liked that there were amenities in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.).
Disliked: One of the elevators was broken and the laundry was out of order.
