Disappointing

Disliked: I did not like how I checked in and the lady at the front was on her phone texting air pod in ear, then I informed her I was a member and asked if I could check out late and she told me I could not and said because I booked through booking mind you I always book through booking and check out later. Also there is no a 50 dollar “hold” you pay up front I have stayed at this property a hand full of times and never once paid that. She was not friendly at all

Liked: The breakfast was not bad at all. The pool was small but perfect.
Disliked: The staff was never there. She was always outside. And the phone did not work in the room you could call front desk but they cannot hear you.
