This visit was not up...

Liked: Maid service was substandard. Though he or she took our gratuity, yet they didn’t finish making the bed,dispose of used plastic cups, replenish plastic cups. One towel was fine but the other bath towel was getting too worn to be comfortable for use.

Disappointing.

Disliked: I left a water thermos in the room. On the way home , the day of checkout i called the hotel to tell them of my lost water thermos and asking g if they would mail it to me at my cost. They agreed and asked if they. Would charge my credit card I paid the bill with. After three days I called back to check in the mailing and was told they had no record of my call. Co.e on.

Disliked: Checking in they said they hadn’t received payment from booking.com and when I showed them the confirmation email they said I had to pay here and would not even acknowledge my confirmation email. They kept giving me the runaround the next day when I asked if the booking.com payment had gone thru they said that’s what happens when you deal with 3rd party and I need to be reimbursed by booking.com. Didn’t even want to look at the computer to give me any answers just were very rude and unprofessional. It was like they were looking at me like that’s what you get for trying to get a deal. So now now a $380 bill became an $800 bill and gotta get my money back from being charged by booking.com. This hotel definitely needs to be flagged for being a fraud and a thief!
