Will definitely go back. They made the stay there very relaxing.

Liked: We were in town for a concert at Breese Stevens Field and the hotel shuttle took us there and back, which made for less hassle with parking etc. Plus the shuttle is free and will go within a 3 mile radius. We were able to go downtown to Capital Square and wander around without the hassle of parking.

From the friendly greeting to lightning fast check in they were on their A-game. The room was quiet and spotless, also very chic for a mid priced hotel. All the amenities from the flat screen, fridge and weight room were sparkling clean and new. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful people and a great...

Liked: It is a clean modern and beautiful hotel. The only complaint I could possibly make is people “guests” smoking close to exits and in the patio area.
Disliked: Guests smoking close to the exits and patio area which makes it impossible for myself and my wife to enjoy

Liked: Breakfast buffet was very good! We were delighted we could get a shuttle to get to a restaurant and back! This hotel was recommended by a friend who has chaperoned high school wrestling teams to tournaments and stayed with you.
Disliked: I thought the shower floor, for a senior citizen, was quite slippery. But I do understand that a gripper shower mat would be a difficult item for a hotel to provide and clean.

One of our best stays...

Liked: At the beginning of our stay there was a hold up for a handful of guests trying to check in due to some miscommunication between the cleaning staff and the front desk. These things happen. No big deal at all. But the front desk staff handled the 45-60 minute bottleneck with calmness and professional savvy. That was impressive. Made me realize that I’d rather check in a few minutes late and have solid hotel staff that can handle a little hiccup. The rest of the trip they were by far and away some of the nicest people staffing a hotel that we’ve stayed at recently.
Disliked: Clean. Water and coffee. Breakfast was very good. Room was quite even tho the hotel was busy.
