Not so great stay

Disliked: We were excited to use the pool and sauna but both were out of order during the whole stay. We have a big family as well, so we were relying on the couch bed to accommodate more of us. The living room couch bed was broken and SUPER uncomfortable to sleep on. The ice machine was also broken too which was very inconvenient! Not to mention the extra charges that were trying to be placed on my card for no apparent reason. We couldn't close the curtains because they were broken, the bathtub had mold and tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked. We did not feel comfortable here and honestly I wished we would have stayed somewhere else!!! Would not recommend staying here!

Disliked: Dated, carpet in hallway was a tripping hazard. Pool was broken, the only reason we booked here was to have a pool for the kids.

Liked: I enjoyed the roll-in shower, large bathroom a of course the breakfast.
Disliked: Had to yell to get the attendant attention when I arrived. Should have a buzzer or a notification bell when sliding doors open.
