Liked: Adequate breakfastNice laundry facilities.
Disliked: We were assigned a handicap room which was fine. We didn’t need it though.Why this room was at the very end of the hallway? It would be more challenging for a person with a handicap to move back down a long hallway to elevator.

Liked: The general manager was fantastic! She went above and beyond to help my family and was so kind. Ive yet to experience true customer service and hospitality at a hotel until we stayed here. I'll come back in the future!

Exceptional

Liked: What's super nice and very helpful. Great recommendations for ways to get the most out of my time. Very accommodating in every way. The views are tremendous. I liked being just on the outskirts of town. Easy access to Los Alamos or other towns outside of Los Alamos.
Disliked: A little variety on the breakfast would be nice. Almost a full week of she's omelette or biscuits and gravy everyday was a little disappointing. The cinnamon rolls were delicious though.The bed was a little too hard for my liking and back issues. Personal preference.
