The location, staff and rooms...

Liked: The rooms and beds were great and comfy
Disliked: The elevator was not working and apparently it hadn’t been for a month.

A great one night stay...

Liked: When we checked in, the employee at the front desk was very welcoming and efficient. Our room was sparkling clean with absolutely no problems. The breakfast room was completely filled in the morning, yet the employee keeping the food stocked and the room clean, was keeping up with the crowd and cleaning each table as people left. We were truly impressed with the entire staff and the cleanliness of the location.
Disliked: We didn't find any problems with this location.

Didn't get to stay because...

Liked: The manager called us at 3:53 pm on the date we made the reservation to report the elevator was not working and that we would have to walk up a flight of stairs to the second floor with all our luggage. I am handicapped and explained that I can not walk upstairs. She said she would cancel the room, but she didn't know what Booking.com would do.

I tried to contact Booking.com by Email while driving and could not get a response that I could understand while riding through a thunderstorm in LA. I had to find another place for us to stay that night which took me until 6:20 pm. I have tried to contact Booking.com and the only answer it gives me is to call them in a foreign country. I don't know how to do that on my phone. I tried an 800 number, but no one answered. So I am afraid they will want to charge us even though we didn't stay here.
