Liked: Very clean and comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The way to go from the parking area to the entrance. Had to zig zag across the parking lot. There is an area in front of hotel of weeds and plastic containers. It needs to be landscaped with.a sidewalk put across it to make pathway to main entrance.

The Worst Weekend Ever

Liked: It has a great location!
Disliked: We got bed bugs! We arrived late in the evening and around 1am my son was complaining of something biting him. He had bites all over his body. I went down to the front desk and was told that we could not change rooms and was given $10.00 in quarters to wash our personal bedding and some expired Benadryl for my son. There was one washing machine. I was appalled that they would not move us to a new room. No one slept that night because we had to just sit on the wood benches and wash clothes. We would have just left if we did not have a wedding to attend and we prepaid for this stay. We were told that they would do a full sweep of the room in the morning. We were under the impression that it would be a priority to get us moved asap. That did not happen! The GM and head of housekeeping came in the next day and we were finally able to completely change rooms. The following day we ended up taking my son to urgent care because his bites were infected and he was miserable. When we asked to be refunded for our stay we were told that because we used Booking.com they could not give us our money back and gave us a voucher for 3 nights in the future. We have stayed at this hotel many times previously and never had an issue.
