Disliked: Never anyone at the counter, slow elevator, kinda run down inside, key card was finicky and didn’t work often for our door

Liked: No frills, but very clean and centrally located. Will stay here again
Disliked: A little loud, but no big deal.

Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms. A good morning breakfast with lots of food options.
Disliked: When paying for a room through non-IHG booking group, it stated that there were pet friendly rooms. Yet, when I did get a email response from the Holiday Inn - it stated that there was a 30 lb weight limit for dogs. Remember that this a non-refundable room. It took awhile to be able to speak with a hotel employee to state, "that is no longer their policy - as they accept all dogs".. This email should not have gone out with those pet restrictions listed in the first place.

It's a convenient location

Liked: The convenience of the hotel and the staff being so friendly.
Disliked: Clumps of hair in the pool, the leaky faucet or stains on the sheets

Liked: All the employees we talked to were so kind! Everything was very clean as well and the extra hour for adults only in the pool is amazing! I’m surprised it wasn’t as busy. I have been recommending this hotel to everyone I know! The view was absolutely beautiful as well! Me and my boyfriend celebrated our anniversary and they helped me made it a surprise for him since he always surprises me! It was absolutely beautiful and I would definitely go again!!! Highly recommend to anyone! It’s pretty close to the mall, bars, and the casino. Definitely walking distance to the beach. Thank you to the amazing employees here for making my anniversary a night to remember! <3

Liked: So bad,It was my mistake for making a wrong reservation. However, I don't appreciate the way you handled the special case. When I realized that my destination was another Lincoln, I promptly informed you. But you still didn't solve the problem for the customer. I think I won't choose your hotel in the future either. I will give you a bad review and tell other customers to make sure they choose your hotel correctly before making a reservation, otherwise, the payment cannot be refunded.
