Holiday Inn Express and Suites Limerick-Pottstown

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

Disliked: Breakfast was not ready on time.

Bad

Liked: Everywhere had dust and smell because of construction work. There were no any note on the website about this.
Disliked: They were doing construction when we got there. Our rooms in second floors had really bad smells. My son got skin infections. Front desk staff also saw my son skin and cancelled our room.

Chaos & filth.

Liked: Bed.
Disliked: Construction,filth. Workers traveled & dirtied the elevator & first floor. Including plaster & dirt dust in the breakfast area. Noise, woke us. Should of been told about this before deciding on hotel. Disappointed.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: They are renovating the facility, but the website had nothing on it warning us about this. There wasn't breakfast as advertised. It was modified. The pool wasn't available, and it was noisy from the construction. I understand these things happen, but it was very inconvenient to book a hotel based on what it offers and find out upon check in that most of the amenities were not fully available.

Stayed for a dance competition...

Liked: Lots of renovations not mentioned before check in. Breakfast choices were lackluster. Rooms seem a little run down for what you charge for them. Fridge was barely cold.

Liked: Hotel under construction pool not working limited breakfast and the room had peeling wall paper with no discount offered

Wait until they are finished...

Disliked: It’s a mess and the halls and elevator are dirty from the current construction going on. They should discount their rates or close during the remodel
