Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great...

Liked: Location to where we were going was go old. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Room was large.
Disliked: One of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it had a pool. Pool had closed the day we got there with no warning. That was disappointing.

I would definitely stay again....

Liked: Breakfast bar was exceptional and the employees at the Breakfast bar were awesome. The rest of the staff were really trying but it was overwhelming due to it was during the power outages. Hotel was very clean.
Disliked: I booked a bigger room with two beds and when I got there they only had a room with one bed for me, my spouse and 2 grandchildren. So my granddaughter slept on the floor. Sadly they had no extra blankets for her.

Liked: Sadly the was a terrible storm and electricity was lost.. so no kitchen serve or wifi
Disliked: The shower had pink mold on caulking at bottom. No bathroom sink did not a plug .. that night there was a terrible storm and electrify was lost by 11:00pm.

Liked: Clean and very easy to find.
Disliked: The bed was a bit too soft.

Epic fail

Liked: They were without power when the booking was made, so it never registered as a booking. They waited until 10:00 PM on a Saturday night to tell me I had no accommodations right in the middle of a 4 hour drive to get to them. The booking was made at 1:00 in the afternoon.
Disliked: They should’ve be calling people to tell them that there were no more accommodations bring accepted. (I know phones were down but staff were on their very working cell phones. Get the list of bookings, go to a coffee shop and let people know). And the nonchalance about it blew my mind…”no room for you, sorry…deal with it”
