Liked: Location was convenient
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable. Wife requested an extra blanket as she get cold and was told they did not have ANY extra blankets.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the rooms and the hospitality of the lady who checked us in and the lady who checked us out! The nicest hotel I’ve been to ever!

Worse place I ever went...

Liked: Thinking about it, I didn't like a single thing about it. So did my wife.
Disliked: The air condition stopped in the middle of the night. Had to open the door to get some air from the hall. Complained to some girl. She said there will no one to fix it. Could not get another room until 5:00. They were all dirty. Went to another hotel. I will never go to Holiday Inn EVER again. If I was running that place I would tell that girl at the front to put down that I pad and go clean a room for me and my wife.

Liked: The close proximity to Kemah and NASA space center.
Disliked: No balcony, and the pool area was too small.
