I needed rest, RESTFUL!

Liked: I’ve stayed before
Disliked: The water was NOT hot! Took my shower at night. I wanted a blanket in the room. Not just a comforter.

Liked: Good variety for breakfast. Room had plenty of space to move around.

Disliked: Well first of all pool wasn't open which was false advertisement because website says yall do. Promotes it actually and doesn't say it's down for season. which ruined our whole mood as soon as we got there after paying and checking in. I feel it should be on website. Secondly check in was at 3pm and guess what we had to wait for 1 of our rooms to be cleaned until after 5pm when I was told 30 minutes. So 7 of us had to sit in 1 room without anything to do because pool was closed for almost 3 hours. 3rd no water pressure shower sucked. 200 a room I should've been happy about my stay. Normally I love Hoilday Inn express. Wasn't pleased at all this time.

Liked: Cleanliness, noise level was little to none, breakfast options are abundant and the customer service is a chefs kiss!!!
Disliked: Not many water filtered stations

We'll be back!! :)

Liked: Staff (top notch!), room, value, fitness center.
Disliked: Perhaps after 9 or 10 pm, either turn off or lower the volume of the hallway "muzak" service.
