Excellent place to stay and...

Liked: Every single category that can be checked off was excellent, from the time I walked through the doors. The pool with slides was a bonus for the kids.
Disliked: Doesn’t even apply.

Disappointed

Liked: I usually love all holiday inns the coffee, cookies, pools, cleanliness it’s usually my go too place to stay.
Disliked: When arriving our door was already open and that scared my children. We had to check front deck to ensure there was no one else staying in that specific room. The staff said the housekeeping probably forgot to close the door. Then when checking the beds the mattresses had three layers of fitted sheets there were stains all over the mattress esp in the corner there was evidence of bed bugs small dead bugs in the creases of the mattresses. When we told the front desk they said they were sold out and could not move us to another room, they called the other holiday inns down town causing us to pack everything back up mini bc to a different hotel at midnight. That hotel was cleaner however was pretty tan down and birds outside the window waking us up very early and the birds continued to hit the windows.

Too many issues, not worth...

Liked: The breakfast was good, had lots of variety and mostly well stocked. They also did a good job of emptying garbages daily, and bringing clean towels.
Disliked: Our room had a broken shade so we couldn't open or close it, we ended up shoving pillowsin the window to block out the light at night. There was no fridge or microwave, no room phone, stains all over the carpet and the linoleum in the bathroom, shower curtain was broken so water got all over the floor everytime we showered, the towels were so old they felt like sandpaper just drying off, he beds were horrible uncomfortable and rock hard pillows. Also, a big disappointment was that the waterslides weren't open during the week. Had I know that, we wouldn't have stayed here. And lastly it was way too expensive for all of the problems. This hotel has gone down hill, we wont stay here again.
