It exceeded my expectations

Liked: I loved this place! It was far better than I had expected. When you think of a Holiday Inn by the airport, you usually imagine a cheesy, run-down spot—but this property was completely different. It was clean, updated, and definitely exceeded any preconceptions I had.We took full advantage of the on-site laundry facilities, washing all ten days’ worth of clothes so we could come home and unpack right away. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and they provided Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. I initially assumed they’d refill generic bottles, but they offered actual Dove products.
Disliked: I did not like that there was only 1 washer and 1 dryer, but this is a hotel and not a laundromat, so I cannot ding them for that.
