Liked: Centrally located along the main strip. Easy to get everywhere. The room was huge. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: The king rooms are all located on front of the building overlooking the entrance and parking lot. There were a bunch of families at midnight hanging out in the entrance foyer area making lots of noise and letting their kids play. I complained to the front desk and it got a little better. The breakfast area was too small for the number of people it needs to serve. Overall our stay wasn’t bad, but it could have been better. The room was big but the bathroom was odd. There were no towel racks except one double hook. Nothing for hand towels or other towels etc. The tub shower was very old looking. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn Express Hotels and this one wasn’t as up to par.

Liked: Corrie at front desk was such a joyful delight to meet and see at check in and check out. Her customer service skills are exceptional
Disliked: It was quick trip just 1 night over stay. I'd certainly stay at this hotel if stayed much longer.

Liked: Our stay was fabulous. The staff was wonderful from check-in to check out. I loved the toilet tree products. It was very clean. I will definitely come back with my family.
