Disliked: I think you should be able to check in at 11 due to u have to check out at 11, you don’t get a 24 stay checking in at 4pm does not seem good for customers service

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Great breakfast.
Disliked: We got an early check in, freshened up and didn't come back until almost 9pm or 10pm so we didn't notice much. The room was not very clean. Fake hair in the carpet, slightly dirty tub, no Kleenex in bathroom and little to no hands soap. When I informed the front desk the young lady said that we could switch rooms. I was like I've been traveling since 5am that morning and I didn't feel that should have been an option. Also there wasn't a mat by the tub or in the tub, one could possibly slip and fall especially because the holding bar is at the beginning of the tub.
