Amazing stay

Liked: Honestly this place was incredible! The price was very reasonable considering how clean and nice it was. The hotel exceeded my expectations from the room to the amenities like the large pool! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They even had a free breakfast and honestly it was the best continental breakfast I have ever been to! They even had gluten free options for people. Love this hotel! Will definitely be back!

Liked: I checked in on 6/20/25 at approximately 10pm. 1st- I didn't know there were two IHG owned hotels within feet of one another (Staybridge and Holiday Inn express. I accidentally went to Staybridge, trying to check in. The male at the front desk put another guest's personal info on the screen where I could see if. It was Rulon Musser with a 702 or 720 area code. I said something to the guy attempting to check me in. He allowed the guests info to sit on the screen fir 5 minutes. It was too long not to take it down. Approximately 10 minutes later- they told me to go 10 ft to the holiday in express reservation desk. My room had 2 issues. 1. My AC didn't work. It'd turn on but it never lowered the temp. I wasn't able to sleep. It was horrible. 2. The phone in the room didn't work. 3. I couldn't find the blow dryer. It was frustrating.

Liked: Everything was OK, except parking and pillows
Disliked: Parking really sucked, if you didn't get there early you couldn't find a place to park and the pillows suck. they shrink to nothing, like your not sleeping on one even if you used two, you try 3 and it's way to high.
