It was very disappointing.

Liked: Housekeeping came in my room and left trash did not make up the beds or vacuum. The tables were never wiped down . I took pictures and noted it to management who disregarded it. I was also told one rate and then charged another.
Disliked: The entire staff's attitude. I understand that things can happen, but from the top to the bottom of the staff I've never seen people pass the buck and not even try to resolve any issues. It was just really disappointing.

Disliked: The staff was at odds with each other, could here them arguing in the lobby. The young man that booked our room was very courteous but the others the next morning not so much

Needed to be cleaned

Liked: Nice area. Easy to find
Disliked: Stains on carpet. Red and brown

Superb

Liked: Loved the hot breakfast and options. Location right across from Meijer.
Disliked: The body wash in my room did not work, there was no shower cap, and the refrigerator was nasty and I didn’t want to put anything outside of water in there, other than that I was pretty happy.
