Disliked: The laundry person did not show up so very limited towels .

Disappointing

Disliked: The room was dirty, they moved us to a different room and it was dirty as well, we were so tired we said screw it but it also didn’t have towels which didn’t help.

Liked: Nice and clean
Disliked: I had 3 charges on my card the morning before check out time. I called the front desk about the issue and was told they cannot explain the charges to me until I check out. I went downstairs to checkout around 745-750 and there was no one at the desk. I waited at least 20 minutes and still no one. I left without resolving the issue because I had to get back on the road to Maryland. My card still has 3 charges and I am hoping that this issue will be resolved very soon.

It was very disappointing.

Liked: Housekeeping came in my room and left trash did not make up the beds or vacuum. The tables were never wiped down . I took pictures and noted it to management who disregarded it. I was also told one rate and then charged another.
Disliked: The entire staff's attitude. I understand that things can happen, but from the top to the bottom of the staff I've never seen people pass the buck and not even try to resolve any issues. It was just really disappointing.
