Liked: Comfortable and quick to book last minute.
Disliked: Toilet and washers weren’t working right. Had to rewash clothes which took longer to do laundry but staff did reimburse. Door keys kept locking us out of the doors for our room and laundry room.

Liked: I was taken to the other hotel but finally with the help of a wonderful employee I was able to get to were I was supposed to be. Friendly staff, didn't get a chance to indulge in the breakfast but the lady that was in charge of breakfast was very warm and welcoming.
Disliked: I was pleased, hope to stay there again

Liked: I stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The hotel is very comfortable and family-friendly, making it a perfect choice for us. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.I’d like to give special praise to Hasina, a buffet staff member, who was one of the best employees I’ve encountered. She was always kind, helpful, and her elegant manner with children was exceptional.Overall, it was an excellent experience compared to my previous stays at the same hotel in other cities and states. Highly recommended!
