If I ever need to...

Liked: From my understanding, it was under new management. It had just transitioned. Maybe that’s why it is swimming pool wasn’t working ice machine on the third floor wasn’t working. We travel with my brother evidently your previous client took the phone from the room and his wife’s belongings got locked up in the safe. We had trouble opening it at the time of checking out. However, the manager was very courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Cleanliness, roomy room and bathroom/shower.

Very poor

Disliked: Reserved a King, was told none were available and only 2 queens were available. Elevator was broken, room felt outdated.Front desk was sitting in the back when I arrived, didn’t come out even after ringing the bell. Sat for 2 or 3 minutes waiting for him.

Would not stay again.

Liked: Remote to tv didn’t work. Laundry facilities not working. Door to room did not lock. Repaired. Poor water pressure. No ice machine only one elevator was working and barely worked. I had a disabled son with me and prayed every time I had to use elevator. I ended up leaving a day earlier. Had a great stay in October 2024 that’s why I chose this location. Never again
