Liked: I like that the staff took immediate action when I went into my original room, and it was a clear smell of cigarette smoke. They apologize and immediately got me into another room, which really meant a lot because I have been traveling from out of state all day and need to get up early to attend my sons graduation And also they gave me a free water for my inconvenience so that was nice
Disliked: Just making sure after the house, cleaners clean the rooms at the management or someone else staff goes in and check to make sure the room doesn’t smell like smoke.
