Disliked: They failed to tell me the elevator was down until I got there. They said it would be fixed shortly after I arrived. After dinner I asked if it was fixed yet and they said Monday. They need a new handyman if they don’t work weekends. Don’t think I would come back when I’ve had positive experiences elsewhere. The pancake maker was broken too. Seemed they were understaffed.

Liked: Staff was friendly. That was about all that was positive for this location.
Disliked: Surprised with a $30/day pet fee, that was not disclosed upfront. Breakfast was disappointing each day. Hallways were so hot but rooms were freezing. Pool was beyond disappointing and not at all what the pictures show.
