Was fine but don’t know...

Liked: The staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: The room was clean but had a ripped bedspread on one bed, carpet was stained, some small holes in the wall and the toilet rocked.I was told but on staff that I had points but the other said I didn’t and charged me full price. This was confusing

Ok for a quick stop

Liked: The breakfast bar was nice. The fridge in room was a nice touch
Disliked: No brochures for local businesses; no complimentary bottle of water given at check in; views were of a storage unit. Pool small; A/C in room noisy;

Like being at home

Liked: Delicious, Clean and then staff was excellent and attentive

Disliked: I reserve two rooms that was supposed to be conjoining when I got to the property. They said that they could not put me with the rooms that I have requested then the ““ King suite of which was reserved did not have blackout curtains I was not aware of that until 6:30 in the morning when the sun rolls when I called downstairs to make them aware The night shift staff told me to call 30 minutes later because he was not able to assist me and someone on the dayshift would be able to when I called the Dayshift personnel. She instructed that she couldn’t do anything and that I should have called them at night and they would have switched my room but because it was now morning there was nothing that she was able to do. I informed her that is not my job to make sure that a room has nightshades available. I also informed her that it was not even installed into the room And that someone in maintenance fail to do their job so that does not coordinate to me having to do someone else’s job so after that, she said that she would have the manager on site contact me. He called me in the room 30 minutes later and informed me that the only thing that he was able to do was cut me 1500 points for my IHG account with the Holiday Inn express I informed him that my husband worked midnights and we didn’t check into the room until well after 12 so by 6 AM we were up because the light was cleaning through the room and we weren’t unable to use the nightshade.

Liked: Ghetto. Filled with drug dealers pimps and single mothers with 19 children and no father

Great location for visiting Grosse...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and the rooms were very quiet.

Disliked: Ants everywhere the room it's self was just dirty walls nasty
