Liked: The staff was great and breakfast was great
Disliked: Room was dirty, bed sheets were stained and really gross looking. There were dead bugs in the bed. Not sure sheets were even cleaned. They were damp too. It was weird.

Liked: The breakfast was awesome everything was good the mini store was on point the pool was very useful to my grandkids the exercise room was useful for me I really enjoyed my stay and I will be back to my second home again and again and again and the Staff was amazing

Disliked: The bathroom wall was splattered & dirty, fan in the bathroom did not work and shower door would not stay closed, so water sprayed out onto floor. We had an evening event, so these things were mostly not evident until morning. Talked to reception at check out and showed photos. She was relaying to manager and asking them to call me. I never heard from a manager and no reduced rate was given. Disappointing.
