Liked: Room was good size!
Disliked: The power went out at 5:30am while we were still trying to sleep and stayed out until we left. The breakfast was inadequate due to not having power. Back up generator!

Liked: It was clean. The lobby was nice. The bed was comfortable. They allowed pets.
Disliked: It was expensive, prices could’ve been jacked up for Memorial Day tho. Yes, they allowed pets, but they didn’t have any treats or water provided nor did the front desk attendant even ask my dog’s name. The worst part was I asked about late checkout at check in and he said if I was an IHG member, it would be pushed to 1pm, so I signed up. However, at 11am sharp, housekeeping was knocking at my door, waking my dog and I up and disturbing us. The power was out, however they had walkie talkies whereby they could’ve communicated not to disturb me. I then asked the front desk if an even later checkout was available and he said he would speak with his manager and took down my number to call me and let me know. However, this call never came and at 1pm sharp, a woman was knocking at my door and actually entered my room talking into her walkie about how there were items in my room so I had to say “hello I’m here” and that I was waiting for the manager. But I had had enough so I packed up and left. The parking lot was empty so there was no reason I couldn’t have stayed later, I was even willing to pay a fee, but I was finished playing games. I also had a problem with the television set. I was trying to connect my phone, and the code literally popped up on the television, but the remote wasn’t working to select connect. I called the front desk and he claimed the television sets weren’t smart and I asked what about Bluetooth and he had absolutely no idea. This trip was unplanned, spontaneous, and very last minute. I live in the city but was having issues at home and needed another place to stay the night. I probably wouldn’t choose this property again if I had time to plan and research.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Most of the front desk people were professional and efficient.
Disliked: An unattended car was blocking the driveway when we arrived, and since it was raining, we had to wait about 15 minutes until they moved it, before we could unload. The front desk person on duty seemed unconcerned about the situation and our discomfort.

Will definitely book again.

Liked: The hotel room is the cleanest and the quietest one from 4 other hotels during my trip. The bathroom amenities are high quality big brands. Really friendly staff. And The breakfast is great.
Disliked: I wish there's shuttle or pickup service from the airport.

Disliked: too many party everyday it’s little bit inconvenient, especially who every on level 2 nearby meeting room.

Disliked: Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Tub was high and danger stepping out to bathroom floor especially for children.
