Nice rooms, great staff, cleanliness...

Liked: The hotel is quite lovely and centrally located. The ladies at the front desk and the gentleman working in the cafe area at breakfast are all very friendly.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there were 6-7 empty Coors Light cans under the mattress of one of the beds in our double room. The girls from the front did quickly come and get them and they were very apologetic about the messy inconvenience.

Disliked: Didn’t like the fact that they charged my card for a product I had no clue about, they did eventually take it off after the camera showed it was another person staying there whom they got the rooms mixed up.

Very Very Disappointed

Liked: Broken toilet, leaking sewer gas in to the room number 111, disgraceful customer service, did not even offer to change my room. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn for the rest of my life ! !!
Disliked: Sewer smell on the first floor

Enjoyable.

Liked: CLEAN. Staff, to a one, was very kind, courteous, attentive. They are to be commended. Pool was grest, beds comfy, breakfast outstanding. Well be back.

There was a Chuy’s restaurant...

Liked: Good
Disliked: A major highway, under construction, 30 to 60 yards from our window. But management did try to offset the problem with in room sound machines.
