Liked: Staff was very nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable and the bed was comfortable too. Water pressure in the shower was good as well. We usually stay at a holiday inn when we travel and usually have a good experience. It’s always been reliable for us.
Disliked: Our whole floor smelled like sewage in the hall way and our neighboring rooms doors were slamming the entire morning starting around 4am until we checked out. We felt that the price for the room was a little high.

Very disappointed will not stay...

Disliked: Poor hygiene at breakfast. They had all the serving spoons inside hot trays where food was. After asking the staff working during breakfast why were all serving spoons inside the trays. She responded saying she was told that is where they went. I asked to speak to manager because I burned my hand with the serving metal spoon that had been inside the hot tray. Manager was bothered by me reporting it. The lady at front desk offered a neosporine ointment. But Manager was not helpful. A breakfast the bread was hard. They offered oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal. No bacon
