It was fair.
Liked: I liked the convenience to amenities and the location of our event. Also, the breakfast was set up and ready on time.
Disliked: There was no show cap or bar soap in the room. The machines and television did not work properly in the exercise room. That was particularly unnerving

Liked: I’ve stayed here multiple times but this time something was biting me and left helps. The bathroom was dirty and hairdryer was gross/also didn’t work. The hall was noisy until almost 11.

Disliked: Room temperature was almost 80 degrees. I call the Concierge desk, the person that answered said it would be adjusted from down stairs.The room temperature never dropped below 76 degrees.

It was horrible!!!!!!!!!!
Disliked: I made the reservation & received a confirmation that I would have 2 Queen Beds and a Roll in Shower. However, when I arrived at the hotel and went into the room with my FRIEND, not spouse or partner, it was a King bed & a sofa bed. That is NOT what I asked for or paid for. The front desk staff said it wasn't their fault and they would contact a manager. That manager, whoever it was, did not answer. The staff said that I would have to wait till morning to talk with someone. They were sold out & there was nothing they could do. I am 70 years old and both my friend and I have mobility issues. The bathroom was not accomodating at all. It was a bathtub, not a roll in shower. That toilet was so low, it was difficult using it. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all and we had to go ask for sheets. The only thing in the room was pillows. I have never been so miserable in my life. I feel I should get a full refund as I did not get what I paid for. The hotel manager said that you all told them I paid for a room for 2 people, not that I requested a double queen. There has been a breakdown soumewhere in communication and this needs to be fixed. I expect to be contacted by someone at your company regarding this matter.
