Liked: Staff was friendly and apologized. Front desk staff was extremely friendly polite and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay. They did not have food ready to put out when it ran out. Had to wait until they cook

Liked: My only negative would be the lack of parking. When I there we did not have a place to park as they were all filled.

Liked: The property is well located, clean and updated.
Disliked: The staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. In some cases downright rude. It’s currently 10:18am. Check out is at 11. Housekeeping has been knocking and/or opening our door three times since 9am. Didn’t think it would be an issue to not hang out the do not disturb sign if we are at a normal check out time and only staying 1 night. My son asked how to change the input on the TV and you would’ve thought he asked about quantum physics they were so annoyed. Turns out it requires them to get a remote - which he went down to get - which they said told him to come back later when they went so busy (mind you he had called ahead to let them know he’d be coming down). The wifi is not good, and required a few calls to a main service like to fix (unfortunately that still didn’t work). The facilities are nice, but the staff attitudes need some renovations.
