Extremely disappointing.

Liked: Clean. Nice enough room.
Disliked: It took three tries to get into a room that was not already occupied. That cable box for the TV was broken and they never fixed it. The room telephone would not connect to the front desk. They offered no refund or discount and no one was available to discuss the charges. Avoid this place like the plague, they are not ready to operate.

Disliked: I wish the swimming pool would have been open. It is a nice pool and one of the main reasons why I have stayed at the hotel.

Disliked: The first room, the toilet didn’t work, the TV wouldn’t turn on The pool didn’t work this is the second year it didn’t work and they didn’t put salt on the front when it was snowing. It was very slippery.
