Disliked: I stayed at this hotel recently and had a deeply upsetting experience. While I was heading to my car from the elevator, I heard my car alarm going off. When I got to the parking lot, I discovered that my car—and another guest’s car—had both been broken into, with windows shattered.What disturbed me just as much was the front desk employee’s response. She was casually on her phone and didn’t seem to notice or react to the car alarm at all. When I ran back in and told her what happened, her first response was, “No… oh let me go check on my car,” instead of showing more concern for guests or taking immediate action.I called the police myself and filed a report. The gil at the reception also called the police. After that, I went back to my room alone—no follow-up, no support, and absolutely no communication from hotel management.I asked twice—on separate occasions—for someone to inform the manager that I wanted to speak with them. I never heard anything back. To this day, I’ve received zero communication from management. No apology, no reassurance, no acknowledgment that they even know whose cars were damaged on their property.To make matters worse, I later found out that break-ins are a frequent issue at this hotel. That’s completely unacceptable.If you care about your personal safety and your property, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. The complete lack of concern or accountability from the hotel management is inexcusable

Liked: Breakfast was a little disappointing since reviews stated it was very good.
Disliked: Whole Wheat breads, potatoes, bananas, yogurt was out the day we were there.
